It’s no secret that I am a soup fanatic!! I could eat soup all day long, no matter the season or even the time of day. I love soup!! I have blogged some of my favorite soup recipes over the years and today I thought I would share some of my faves with you all in one place! Now please don’t judge these soups by their photos, some of these were taken super early in my blogging career and they are awful but the taste is there!!
ONE. Chicken Taco Soup. This is actually a recipe I posted not to long ago that is one of my fave soup recipes ever! It’s so easy, you just dump everything into the crockpot and let it cook all day and the feast on the yummy goodness whenever you’re ready for it!
TWO. Chicken Parmesan Soup. I am Chicken Parmesan obsessed and I saw a soup version on Pinterest, tried it and haven’t looked back. I’m telling you, if you love a recipe turn it into a soup! LOL!! But seriously, this soup is so easy (it has Italian breaded chicken tenders for the “chicken parm”) and is quick to make so go ahead and give it a try!
THREE. Chicken Enchilada Soup. You know I love me some Mexican food and this soup is the perfect combo of chicken enchiladas (which I am terrible at making, they never turn out right) and soup and it is DELICIOUS!!!
FOUR. Creamy Chicken Veggie Soup. A twist on traditional chicken veggie soup, this creamy is one of my favorite comfort foods when it gets cold outside!!
FIVE. Creamy Taco Soup. I love this twist on traditional taco soup, the cream cheese in it makes it super creamy and super rich tasting. I love it!! Especially with blue tortilla chips crumbled on top!! YUM!!
SIX. Lighter Lasagna Soup. One of the first soup recipes I ever posted this is perhaps my favorite of all the soups I make. This lighter version of traditional lasagna soup has whole wheat lasagna noodles broken up in it and also calls for ground Italian turkey sausage instead of regular sausage or beef and it is super spicy and oh so good!!
SEVEN. Crawfish and Corn Chowder. This is the soup I keep saying I am going to remake to photograph for the blog because the photos I have of it are awful!! LOL!! I mean some of the others are too but this one is just pitiful…LOL!! But like I said earlier, don’t let the bad photos fool you, this soup (chowder) is AMAZING!!! If you love crawfish then you have to try it!!
EIGHT. Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. This was one of the first soups I ever made when I had my first apartment and I am still obsessed with it ti this day! It is super easy (all my recipes are!!) and super hearty and will keep your belly full!! Try it and tell me what you think!!
NINE. Cheeseburger Soup. I have actually made this soup several times since I took the original photos for this post and keep eating it all before I get it photographed again…HA! It really is that good! If you love cheeseburgers and soup then you need to try this at least once!!
TEN. Faux-Taco Soup. Maybe the weirdest soup in the bunch, this Faux-tato soup is made with cauliflower and potato flakes but is actually super tasty and flavorful! Plus it doesn’t have that many calories!! WIN!!
So there you have it friends, a roundup of my favorite fall soups that you can find the recipes to all here on the blog. The photos may not be the best but the tastes sure are!! Try them and let me know what you think!!
