A few weeks ago when I posted about how to create a skincare routine that works for you I told you that great skincare doesn’t have to break the bank and I still stand by that. You can find some amazing products at your local Target, Walmart, Walgreens, or wherever you shop!
Personally I’m a Target fan because the Cartwheel app usually has some great coupons on skincare products. The day I shot these photos there were coupons for St. Ives, L’Oreal Paris Skincare, Olay Skincare, and more! And y’all know how much I love saving money…LOL!!
Side note- here is my post on my favorite ways to save money while shopping, including info about the Target Cartwheel app!
Most of these products are $10 or less with the exception of a couple but trust me when I say they are all worth it!! As much as I like splurging I also like to save money and why spend more than you have to? So let’s get to it…
ONE. Pond’s Cold Cream Cleansing Balm. We all know how much I love a good cleansing balm but let’s face it, they can get kind of expensive. However lately I have found a few drugstore brands that have created their own cleansing balms and while I haven’t tried them all (yet) I did try this one a few weeks ago and I loved it! It has a great price point and Pond’s is just one of those iconic skincare brands that everyone and their grandmother loves! You can check out this post to see all about my love of cleansing balms!
TWO. Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes Night Calming. I actually don’t use makeup wipes as much as I used to but I do keep these in my gym bag for the days I go workout when I get off work and want to do a quick wipe down of my face before I start sweating. I LOVE the night time version of these because they smell AMAZING!!
THREE. Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. I love a good cream cleanser and I have used this one from Neutrogena off and on since college! It’s really good and is so cheap!!
FOUR. Cetaphil Extra Gentle Daily Scrub. I have recently fallen in love with this Cetaphil cleanser and I use it twice a day. I think I started using it around last August and have gone through a few bottles since then…HA! Also- even though it says it’s a scrub the scrubby pieces are so microscopic you can def use it on the daily. Check out this post to see it as a part of my sulfate free skincare routine!
FIVE. Aveeno Positively Radiant 60 Second In-Shower Facial. I always keep some sort of exfoliator in my shower so I can get a quick face wash on while I’m in there and I LOVE this one from Aveeno the best! It’s not a harsh exfoliator so you can use it daily if you want and it smells so good!!
SIX. Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner. I have tried soooo many toners it’s a little bit ridiculous. And even though I have called this one from Clinique my ride-or-die (and it always will be) this Neutrogena one is an AMAZING drugstore buy! The formula is the closest I can find to the Clinique that I am obsessed with and it doesn’t leave your face feeling sticky at all. I have tried so many “natural” toners and hate them all because they leave my face feeling like there is a residue on it so don’t come at me about those. YUCK!
SEVEN. No7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum. Now while this serum may be on the expensive side for drugstore trust me when I say it is worth every last penny. I received it in a PR package a few years ago and I believe it was the first serum I ever tried that I actually liked. It really is amazing and goes on so smooth! I talked about this product a little bit in this blog post.
EIGHT. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel-Cream. If you love gel moisturizers over cream ones then you will LOVE this one! It does it’s job and doesn’t weigh your skin down at all. I love this as a daytime moisturizer!
NINE. OLAY Regenerist Whip Active Moisturizer. And this is another product that I first received in a PR package that I absolutely fell in love with and have purchased several times since then. It’s more of a night time moisturizer for me. Here is my original blog post about it!
TEN. Soap & Glory Hand Food. And while this post may not be true skincare that I use on my face I think this hand lotion should def be included in this post. I swear my hands have never been as dry as they have been this winter and this is the ONLY lotion that is saving them right now! I have a tube in my bathroom I use as I’m getting ready to go and I keep a tube in my work bag and my purse as well. It’s seriously that good!!
Ok guys, so there you have it…my top ten favorite drugstore skincare products!! I hope you found something new to try and you can see that great skincare does NOT have to break the bank!! If you have a favorite drugstore skincare product you think I would love leave me a comment!!

58 years young and I’ve been using Ponds for years! I have really sensitive skin and Ponds is never irritating. I have friends a lot younger than myself who use way more expensive products with way more wrinkles!
