Recipe Redo

This post contains affiliate links.

When you have been blogging as long as I have, almost five years (where did the time go??) you have a lot of old posts. With old posts come old photos and while those are sometimes fun to look back on I can definitely tell how far my photography skills have come. Not saying that my camera skills are something to brag about now, they are most definitely not, but at least I’m not still using my old point and shoot and posting super tiny, blurry photos. Ugh. Why all the tiny photos?!

Recently I have been on a mission to update a all of my old recipes posts and get better, Pinterest-worthy, photos of them!! I am also uploading the recipes into my recipe card maker plug-in thing so they will match my newer recipes, hello OCD!!, and be more streamlined and easy to print.

This is a pretty large undertaking and will take some time but I am excited about revisiting some old recipes and eating all that yummy food!! With our further ado, I bring to you a few of the recipe posts I have updated!!

Happy eating!!

I did not realize that you had been blogging for 6 years. I laughed when you mentioned all those tiny photos when you first started blogging. My first ones are like that, too and they are all over the place – no rhyme or reason. I love all your recipe redos. I’ve been working on some, too.

oh gosh. I HATE looking back at old photos and posts. Makes me cringe. My photos are so tiny, the lighting is horrible, they’re all over the place and aligned in the post weird. Ah I cannot talk about it lol.

When I look at my old posts, I want to crawl under a rock and die from embarrassment because of the pictures. I can’t believe I actually pinned them. The poppy seed chicken looks delicious!

I’ve got you beat in blogging, I’ve been blogging since 2001 lol. Your dishes look so amazing and are really making me want to get in my kitchen on this cold, wet and dreary day. Nothing can cheer me up quicker than trying new recipes.

I hear you on blogging long term and trying to update photos from those early days. I used to be on blogger and the photo transfer did not work very well so every time a post from that era pops up, I have to fix the photo. I love that you are updating your recipe posts because these are some delicous looking recipes I need to try.
