During my most epic road trip I had the opportunity to stay at many wonderful hotels in some pretty fabulous cities. My favorite hotel of the entire trip also happens to be in my absolute most favorite city in the entire world, New York City.
While in NYC my friend Libby and I stayed at the W New York Times Square. I tweeted that we would be staying as soon as I booked it and I made a new friend who hooked us up with a top floor room with the most amazing view of the city. I mean I can see the Hershey store from my window, what more could a girls ask for?
I have been a fan of Starwood Hotels after staying in the W Victory in Dallas (Maroon 5 concert!!) and the Westin in Memphis (Lion King!!!) and after the W New York Times Square I am a fan for life.
I loved it so much that when it came time to book my next hotel you better bet I booked a Starwood Hotel. My next stay will be at the Westin in Las Vegas this coming New Year’s Eve. I am dying with excitement and I am counting down the days until the trip. No joke.
Now back to NYC…in fact, how about I just quit rambling and just show you our fabulous room??
We had a Spectacular Room on the 57th floor and can I just say that if I could have taken the bed home with me I would have? I’m sorry but there is just nothing like a W bed. I heard a rumor that you can actually buy the mattresses online?? Sign me up people!!
The floating desk was amazing and had more than enough outlets to charge our multiple devices…2 phones, a tablet, a laptop, and an external charger.
Do you see that white box on the desk?? That was a gift from my friend at the W who hooked us up with our room!! He got us cupcakes from my favorite NYC bakery, Magnolia Bakery!!
There was also a drink cabinet/station that has a funny story behind it…when we first got to the room I was trying to be a good blogger and take pics and so I had to kick Libby out for a minute while I worked, lest she mess anything up, and so I was the one who opened the bar cabinet. When it was time for bed and I was passed out cold she couldn’t figure out how to close it (it’s lighted) and spent 10 minutes trying to figure it out! HAHAHA!! Sorry Libby…
Notice that free bottle of water there? Starwood Preferred guest y’all!! Sign up today and you can get free water and WIFI in every Starwood Hotel. It’s the little things.
Speaking of little things, these cute little toffees left between our beds every night, how sweet!!
Moving on to my second favorite part of every hotel room, the bathroom! This bathroom was truly amazing with it’s lighted makeup mirror and nightlight in the bathtub. I also took full advantage and used every Bliss product available to me. And this, friends is where my latest Bliss obsession began. I’m looking at you W New York Times Square!
And that’s it folks!! If you are traveling to NYC and want an amazing hotel experience then I would highly suggest staying at the W New York Times Square. I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying there the next time I am in NYC.
Thank you W for the amazing experience and for the cupcakes.

I was in NYC in July and I would love to stay in Time Square. I have so much family in NY that I usually stay with my family but one day to stay in a swanky hotel like this would be fun to be in the middle of time square!
