I feel like every time I do a “5 Things Friday” post I accidentally name it something different every single time? Forgive me. LOL.
ONE. I mentioned yesterday that I had gone to the Chiropractor but what I forgot to mention that while I was there he noticed my stuffy nose and TASERED MY FACE. Ok, maybe he didn’t taser my face so to speak but he did use a little tool that he said was similar to acupuncture but used a taser electricity instead of needles and used it on my sinus cavities on my face. I didn’t feel any different at first but later that day my nose started pouring and I have felt like a million bucks ever since. So yes, please Mr. Chiropractor, please taser my face every time I get to see you. Please and thank you.
TWO. Speaking of stuffy noses and allergies, I am obsessed with this little roller ball here. It if full of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint. I use it on the bottom of my feet and the back of my neck and behind my ears. I use this all day yesterday and didn’t have the usual allergy feelings of death. Thank you DōTERRA!! I’m in LOVE!
THREE. I went to the movies twice this past week. I saw Cinderella and Insurgent. On my way out of one I posed in front of the Pitch Perfect 2 poster. I think they left my name off the thing though because I think I could totally pass for a Bella.
FOUR. I had the best mail week last week and one thing I was super excited to get was my very first RocksBox subscription!! I can’t wait to show you what I got inside next week!! Until then…
FIVE. I am still loving my dress/hat combo that I wore to the races/bachelorette party. The best part? It transitions to a great Easter dress!! WIN/WIN!! Am I a true southern belle or what?? HA!!
Sign me up for the face tazer treatment, STAT! I have terrible sinuses. =(
I love that hat, so chic. I had to go to the chiropractor for my sinuses when I lived under pine and pecan trees. I had the worst sinus infections back then.
I have never been to a chiro but am intensely curious! I really think I have several issue that could be helped. Will have to look further into it!

I need that essential oil mix in my life STAT. My allergies are horrible!! I can’t take anything that helps if I want to be a productive member of society. If I take allergy medications at night, I am drowsy for hours the next day. If I take them during the day I can sleep standing up. SO that means allergies: infinite Brittany:0
BTW I love the dress. Floral print is so classic for spring.

Three times in one week to the movies sounds so crazy. I can barely get myself to go once every three months. But it’s great that you saw so many awesome movies!
I should find a chiropractor here and have my face tasered too. Gosh, I am jealousssss of whatever relief that you felt. My nose has been stuffy for days and it’s not helping that it’s scorching hot here right now.

I have heard great things about essential oils. I need to try them as I have horrible allergies in spring and summer

We saw Cinderella last weekend! I thought it was really good! We went and saw Furious 7 just today and it was awesome!

First of all, yasss (!!) to that hat and dress combo! Secondly, I’m with you on the Pitch Perfect poster because I think they left me off too. I don’t even remember getting the call to show up on the set, but I’m guessing it just went to my voice mail or something. Strange…lol.

My sinuses are also acting up. I think it may be due to the pollen. I will be looking into that treatment.
