Best Texturizing Spray for Fine Hair

This post contains affiliate links.

If there is one thing I like to talk about more than nerdy blogging/Wordpress things it’s hair. I could talk about hair, hair products, hair tools, hair color, basically hair anything all day err day. I think maybe in a previous life I was a hair stylist?? Or maybe I just had really bad hair growing up and I am obsessed with trying to be Becky with the good hair now. Who knows. Bu t weather way I love talking about it.

In fact, some of my most popular posts in this blog have to do with hair. They are (in no particular order) Dry Shampoo vs. Texturizing Spray: What’s the Difference??, How to Fake a Blowout at Home, The Truth About Dry Shampoo and My Must Have Hair Products for Fine Hair. I think I get way more hits on that last post than any and have gotten requests for more posts about fine hair so guess what? You fine haired ladies (and gentlemen) are in luck because today I am sharing my favorite texturizing spray for fine hair!!!

Why use a texturizing spray? Because it give us fine haired people amazing lift and volume without weighing our hair down. The texturizing sprays I am recommending don’t make your hair feel dirty or super gritty (like some can) and they are all colorless so all the dark haired beauties can spray away and not worry about looking like you have gray hair. HA! They are also for all different price points because sometimes I’m feeling fancy and can spend $40 on one can of texturizing spray and other times I’m balling on a budget and need something a little more wallet friendly. So have no fear, there is something for everyone here!!

Moroccanoil Dry Texture Spray | amika undone texture spray | Hask Hawaiian Sea Salt Dry Texturizing Spray
OGX Sugar High Tousle Spray | Living Proof Dry Volume Blast | Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray | drybar Triple Sec
BlowPro Dry Texture Spray | NYM Double Take Dry Finish Texture Spray | Macadamia Dry Finishing Spray

ONE. Moroccanoil Dry Texture Spray $28, I have only ever used this spray in a salon but I can promise you that it smells out of this world amazing and works like a charm! I need to remember to actually buy it some day, LOL!

TWO. amika undone texture spray $25, I got a travel size of this texturizing spray in a Birchbox a few years ago and fell in love with it!

THREE. Hask Hawaiian Sea Salt Dry Texturizing Spray $7.99, This is the texturizing spray I am currently using and it smells like sweet, sweet summertime!! I think it works well for the price point and I will be repurchasing!

FOUR. OGX Sugar High Tousle Spray $8.99, I ordered this one today but I have heard only great things about it. Plus it’s ON SALE today at Ulta (all OGX products are 2/$12)!! Get you some while it lasts!!

FIVE. Living Proof Dry Volume Blast $29, I discovered this product last fall and I love it!! For best results flip your head over, spray away and then flip back up, you will have volume for daaaaaays!!

SIX. Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray $42, One of the BEST texturizing sprays out there and the first one I ever tried this Oribe spray is GOALS for sure. It’s definitely a splurge but it’s completely worth it because it lasts forever!!

SEVEN. drybar Triple Sec $26, I currently keep this bad boy in my gym bag for when I workout after work. I just throw some on my roots, throw my hair into a high pony and work out! Then I go home, take a shower (and keep my hair up so it doesn’t get wet) and sleep in it and wake up, shake it out and I;;m good to go! Plus it’s drybar so it smells AMAZING!!!

EIGHT. BlowPro Dry Texture Spray $15, I got the travel size of this when I went to Dallas last year and I love it! It’s a great price point and gives weightless texture!

NINE. NYM Double Take Dry Finish Texture Spray $6.99, Confession- I haven’t actually used this texture spray but it comes highly recommended and I love this brand so I’m sure it’s amazing as well!

TEN. Macadamia Dry Finishing Spray $19.95, Another summer scent is this Macadamia Dry Texture Spray. It gives you hair an oomph and makes you smell like a coconut! WIN WIN!!

So there you have it, my go-to best texturizing sprays for fine hair!! Hope you found a new product to try!!

Do you use a texturizing spray??
Do you have fine hair??

I have been blessed with really thick hair even in my older years. There is one friend in particular who wears hats all the time to cover up her thin hair. Will have to show her this product.

I’ll have to pick these up for my daughter. She has fine hair. Mine, however, is super thick so I do not need anymore volume.

This is actually perfect timing because I wanted to start using texturing spray for my hair. It tends to fall flat depending on the weather and I think texturing spray would work really well for that!

I need to try some of these products. I love my dry shampoo but it gets used up so fast I would like to find out if I can get more bang for my shampoo buck.

I have pretty thick hair, but my daughter does have fine hair. Probably when she is a little older, I’ll keep this in mind for her. Thanks!

It’s not easy to deal with super fine hair or hair in general. It’s good to find the right products to use! I think these are awesome recommendations.

I don’t have fine hair, but part of my hair is less curly than the rest. I love using the Not Your Mothers texturizing spray for it.

I have tried Oribe’s dry texturizing and loved it but the price is just too much, but noticed that *sexyhair has a texturizing spray called surfer girl and it has the exact same ingredients as Oribe and is less than half the price so I am going to give it a try.
