Hey hey and hallelujah it’s Friday!! I only worked three days this week and yet it still seemed like the longest week ever. I think I am finally getting over the jet lag from my trip to Seattle last weekend but I still feel like I could sleep 12 hours a day. Hopefully I can fully recover this weekend because I plan on sleeping a LOT. HA!
Since it’s Friday you know what time it is…time for the Friday Five! If you are new around here then you should know that Friday’s are when I talk about random things, important things but still random. Sometimes I have a theme but most weeks I don’t. This week is random andI have some super FUN things to tell you!!! So let’s get to it…
ONE. In my Seattle post I talked about collecting not one, not two but THREE Starbucks You Are Here Collection Mugs while in Seattle. I got the Pike Place mug, the Seattle mug and the Washington mug. I love them and can’t wait to put them up in my office with the rest of my collection!
TWO. I started. watching Nurse Jackie on Netflix while on the plane to Seattle and I freaking LOVE it! I don’t know why I waited so long to try this show but it is seriously good!! It’s about a nurse (a really really really good nurse) who is also addicted to pain meds and anything else she can get her hands on. The episodes are only 30 minutes long so if you need a laugh or just a quick show then check it out!!
THREE. I mentioned in my Seattle post that I went to see 50 Shades Freed and that it is my favorite of the franchise. What I forgot to mention is that I think the soundtrack is even better than the movie. I downloaded it right before we left and have been listening to it on repeat ever since. It is so so so good!!
FOUR. I have been using a new (to me) skincare line and I am super excited to share it with you next week! It’s a new probiotic skincare line that I am kind of obsessed with. Look for a full post about it at the beginning of next week.
FIVE. I am going back to the gym starting today. I have been eating better since coming back from Seattle and I feel better so now I need to up my (nonexistent) workout game. I lost 30 pounds last year and one of my New Year’s Resolutions was to lose another 30 this year. I hopped on the scale Tuesday and found I had actually gained 6 pounds since I last weighed before Christmas so mow my goal is to lose 36 pounds. Ugh. I can do it!!!
