It’s Friday and you know what that means…it’s time for the FRIDAY FIVE!!!
If you are new to these parts then you should know that I reserve Fridays to talk about five random things. Actually the lists aren’t always random but here lately they have been and today is no exception. So here we go with today’s random five things…
ONE. I finished Parenthood this past week and it definitely went out with a bang. I fired all the tears and swore I wouldn’t ever get that invested in a show again. And then I watched Anne with an E. HA! Netflix you sure know how to suck me in don’t you?? I remember reading the original Anne of Green Gables when I was a little girl, my Uncle Steve bought me the series one Christmas and I have been hooked ever since. I have never watched any of the tv series or movies so this was all new territory for me. I really enjoyed this series and can’t wait until the next season. Because there better be a next season!!!
TWO. I ordered some NeuLash from Nordstrom a few weeks ago (it was being price matched) and have only used it once…HA! I need to get my act together and start using it more. I have heard really good things about people using it both on their lashes and their brows. Goodness knows my brows could use all the help they can get!! I will be sure and take pics and share with you so you can see if there is a difference.
THREE. I mentioned in yesterday’s post that we went to Sprinkles in Nashville. Luckily for us the store was open because the machine was down. Again. Ugh. I got a Red Velvet and a Sprinkles (birthday cake topped with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles…duh). I only took one bite of each and then trashed them. You know, since I’m trying to watch what I eat. HA!!!
FOUR. A couple weeks ago when I got my Lancôme 28 Day Peel (that I mentioned in this post) Influenster also sent me this Lancôme Bienfait UV 50+ daily sunscreen. I have to admit that I’ve actually been using it and I love it! Most sunscreens feel gross on my face but this one goes on smoothly and feels pretty lightweight. Consider this your annual warning to wear sunscreen this summer, and every day really!
FIVE. Confession. I am a sample hoarder. I get sent samples ALL THE TIME. They come with every Nordstrom beauty purchase, Ulta order, Sephora order and I got some with my Cosmetic Market purchase the other day. Sometimes I feel a little overrun with samples but I am putting this out there on this blog so that I can be held accountable. I am going to use all of these samples and not throw them away or give them away. HA! There is some goos stuff in there…Oribe lotions, Dr Dennis Gross skincare, Charlotte Tilbury skincare, GlamGlow and more! I can’t wait to try them all!!

I LOVE Sprinkles. We stopped there the last time we were in Nashville, and we will ALWAYS stop in there from now on! SO GOOD.
OMG, those Sprinkles doughnuts though! I know that the box does not make a real difference but I won’t lie, I DO LOVE pretty packaging!
What fun fives for Friday. I haven’t seen Anne with an E but always watch Netflix all weekend so I know what I’ll start with lol.

Those donuts looks so delicious I wish I could have one right now. I will have to pick up some Lancôme 28 Day Peel. I have been wanting to give it a try.
I have heard good things about neu Lash. I would love to try it. I could always use thicker longer lashes.
The donuts look yummy. Ditto about sunscreens that feels gross on the face. I will check this out.

Sprinkles are the best. I love adding them to yogurt, ice cream, donuts (damn you caught me ha), and I have been known to eat them by the handful.
These are all great Friday Five. I have been watching Netflix every weekend and just finished binge watching Sense 8 which is really a good show. Anne with an E is something I will have to watch next. Thanks for sharing these items.
Ahh, those sprinkles! Too bad we didn’t get to check their store out when we were in Nashville. Next time!

Those cupcakes look delightful! I think those are definitely going on my top 5 should I ever post a list. I’d love to watch that one from Netflix, it sounds interesting.
