Nashville Recap Day Two

This post contains affiliate links.

Yesterday I recapped day one of my recent girl’s weekend in Nashville and it went over so well I decided to recap day two today. Don’t worry, today’s post will be the final one, just be prepared for another photo overload!!

Here we go…

My friend Jenn lives super close to one of the best breakfast places in Nashville. I am not even a breakfast food fan so I can honestly say this! We got up at the crack of dawn, 7:30, so we could get downstairs and in line for Biscuit Love before the line started wrapping around the building. For someone who doesn’t really do breakfast food I seriously loved Biscuit Love!! It was solo yummy and worth the wait!!

Waiting in line to get inside…

After filling out tummies we headed down the street to Blowout Co for blowouts!! And by blowouts I mean a ponytail with a fun braid or two…it was HOT!!

BlowoutCo

Cutest salon ever…

After getting all dolled up we headed back to the trolley stop to catch our first trolley of the day. On the way we stopped by the “wings” and took pics of each other…

BigWings

There was a set of baby wings that I took a selfie with!!

After our photo sesh we hopped our trolley and were off for the day!!

Our first stop of the day was at the Nashville Parthenon. The Parthenon was one of the things I wanted to se the most and I am so glad we got the opportunity to go inside!! If you are a Percy Jackson fan you may recognize the Athena statue, this was were the big Parthenon scene was filmed for the first movie!!

After the Parthenon we rode around for a little bit, grabbed lunch, and headed to our next stop! Along the way I snagged this pic of the Batman building…

Our next big stop was at the Ryman…

We got to tour the inside and it was solo cool!!!

After the Ryman we headed out shopping! We went to Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack and we went to Reese Witherspoon’s store, Draper James! So cute but soooo expensive!!

We also found this awesome Nashville mural to take pics with!

That night we went to eat at Hattie B’s! Hattie B’s is home to Nashville’s original Hot Chicken! The line was long but the food was amazing!! Soooo worth the wait!!

The next morning we slept in and then went to brunch at Adele’s. Adele’s has an all you can eat buffet and the food was fantastic! This was my first plate of three. #NoShame

After brunch Rebekah and I loaded up the car and headed back to Arkansas. As much as I love my state and my home I miss Nashville so much!! It truly is a fantastic city full of history and culture and I can’t wait to go back soon!!

You day two sounds like even more fun, queuing for that delicious breakfast must have been a great treat once you were having it.

I am a fan of Percy Jackson as is my son. I thought that was a fictional place. This will definitely be on my list of places to see.

I was in Nashville in 2015 for the BlogPaws Conference. I loved visiting and came home to fall in love with the tv show of the same name. What a great town to visit.

Nashville is such a fun place to visit! We don’t live that far from there (maybe 4 hours or so) but I don’t get there enough! I’ve been dying to get to Draper James!
