I can’t believe I am almost halfway down with my Invisalign treatment! Of course that could all change if I need some “refinements” but for the most part I am half way done!! YAY!! I really meant to keep a better record of my treatment and do biweekly updates but then life happened and that’s ok.
As of today I am on tray 5 of 11, tonight I will switch to tray 6. I change them every two weeks and haven’t really had any problems with them hurting. I change my trays at night before I go to bed and go ahead and take some Aleve so that may be helping too. If my mouth gets sore during the day I roll a little peppermint or Deep Blue essential oil on and that usually takes care of any pain.

Also- I really didn’t notice my front teeth protruding as much as they so obviously were. It’s weird how I see things now that I didn’t see before. I am also pretty amazed at how much my bottom teeth have moved. It’s really cool to look back at the progress pics and really see how far everything has moved. And all because of some clear retainers!

I haven’t tried Invisalign but have a several friends that’ve experienced success! Your results are fab so far!!!!
I’ve really been thinking about getting Invisalign. I have some slight gaps in my top teeth and I would love to fix them. Looks like it gives great results!

great results so far!! I had braces as a kid and didn’t keep up with the retainer unfortunately so most of my test have shifted right back. I’m dying to get my invvisalign when my 12 y/o is out of her braces.
