Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach torn up
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 carton egg whites
- 1 cup turkey sausage crumbles

Instructions
- Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Layer veggies and turkey sausage in muffin pan.
- Pour egg whites over everything until muffin tin is full.
- Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until eggs are done.
- Remove muffins from pan and let cool.
- Enjoy!
