Healthy Egg Muffins

Ingredients

handful
spinach
torn up

onion
chopped

green bell pepper
chopped

carton
egg whites
1
cup
turkey sausage crumbles
Instructions
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Layer veggies and turkey sausage in muffin pan.
Pour egg whites over everything until muffin tin is full.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until eggs are done.
Remove muffins from pan and let cool.
Enjoy!
