Ingredients
- 1-10oz bag Cauliflower frozen
- 1 pkg Idahoan Four Cheese flavored instant potatoes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp Voodoo Chicken heaping

Instructions
- Boil cauliflower in just enough water to cover them by an inch in the pot.
- Bring cauliflower to a boil and boil until tender.
- Add potatoes, onion powder, and voodoo chicken and stir until potatoes are dissolved.
- Blend with an immersion mixer (or hand mixer) until as smooth as you want it. Soup will be THICK so you can add water at this point if you want.
- Enjoy.
