Faux-tato Soup

Ingredients

Cauliflower
frozen

Idahoan Four Cheese flavored instant potatoes

tsp
onion powder

tbsp
Voodoo Chicken
heaping
Instructions
Boil cauliflower in just enough water to cover them by an inch in the pot.
Bring cauliflower to a boil and boil until tender.
Add potatoes, onion powder, and voodoo chicken and stir until potatoes are dissolved.
Blend with an immersion mixer (or hand mixer) until as smooth as you want it. Soup will be THICK so you can add water at this point if you want.
