Friday Five No. 82

This post contains affiliate links.

Hey, hey it’s FRIDAY!! I have been looking forward to having this weekend off for sooo long! I have zero plans and plan to lay by the pool all day ‘err day (an by ‘err day I mean Friday and Saturday). I don’t know about you but I am so glad it’s summer time!!

Back to today. Since it’s Friday you know what that means…it’s time for the Friday Five!! If you are new around here then you should know that I reserve Fridays for posting about five random things. Occasionally there is a theme but 99% of the time it’s random. Today is no exception and it’s completely random.

So let’s quit talking about it and get to it. Ladies and gentlemen, this week’s Friday Five…

ONE. In case you missed it, I wrote my first Disney recap this week and posted about my day in Animal Kingdom. Spoiler alert- I LOVED Animal Kingdom and would love to go again some day.

TWO. Speaking of my Disney trip #SorryNotSorry but I will be talking about Disney for a while so you should just get ready for that, HA, I finally got around to editing more of my pics last night and this is one of my FAVES. But seriously. That little bun head and the lit up castle? I swoon!!

THREE. Ok, on to something NOT Disney related. I went to the pool at my apartment for the first time last week and it was AMAZE. I love a good pool day. And there is something about a pool day that makes me want to read a “real” book and not an e-book. Maybe because I’m old and looking at a screen in broad daylight is hard on my eyes? Or maybe because I’m just old school like that. Either way I read RUSH all in one day and it was FANTASTIC. And now I must find more books by Lisa Patton. STAT.

FOUR. If you are a book lover like myself and like actual books to read then you have to check out Book Outlet (NOT SPONSORED). I love buying books but they can get expensive and I have found some great books on here for less than $5! I like to purchase hardbacks of books that I plan on keeping for a few years and the ones I have purchased are all in great/like new condition. So if you buy books then you need to check out Book Outlet!!

FIVE. And last but not least I will leave you with a song that has been on repeat in my car for weeks….if you are a girl you will get it. #TruthHurts

I hope you have a fabulous Friday and a great Memorial Day Weekend!!

I love summer too! It’s my favorite season. I’m looking for a new read so I’ll check this one out. I’m to the point where I only read on my Paperwhite (absolutely no glare even by the pool) and just finished Sunset Beach by MK Andrews. It was a good one.

Epcot is our favorite Disney Park, but the AK is definitely up there. I am going back in November and now I really can’t wait.

I love cheap books, so I”ll check out the link for sure.

I also love Disney. But not so much kids on shoulders because I’m short and then I can’t see!

I really love that photo of the castle, and you’re right, the little bun head makes it even better! I haven’t been to Animal Kingdom, but it seems like most people love it.

I’d love to go back and do Animal Kingdom now that they are open past 6pm. I also love to read a real book out in the sunshine. I do like my ereader, but a real book is a must for me outdoors.

Yay for more Disney! There’s no such thing as too much Disney in my book. And thank you for the Book Outlet recommendation.
