I recently finished up a 28 Day Peel that I received from Lancôme and Influenster (I promise a full blog post is coming soon!!) and that experience has really made me want to take better care of my skin! I like the way it feels now, it’s so smooth and clear and I want to keep it that way!! I mean I thought I took care of my skin before but since I have been on night shift I have been slacking, like majorly. Ugh. So I decided to break out the old Clarisonic and do a little challenge that I am officially calling the 30 Day Clarisonic Challenge!!
Confession- I have my Clarisonic for about two years but have only used it a handful of times. I know, I know, I am terrible!! But now that my skin is in a really good place I want to keep it that way so therefore I am instituting this new challenge!!
I have a hot pink Clarisonic Mia and I love it!! You know…the couple times I have used it. HA! The Mia operates on a universal mode to get all the dirt and oil off your face. It is good for all skin types and enhances cleaning up to 6x better than using your hands alone.
The Clarisonic Mia is waterproof so you can use it in the shower and also has interchangeable heads but so far I have only ever used the Sensitive Brush head. I amy have to check a few more out during the challenge!!
Here is a little “before” pic I took about halfway through my peel…
So back to this challenge!! I plan on washing my face with my favorite face wash (I can only find it on Amazon now!!) to get the makeup off my face and then wash it again with my Clarisonic and Rhonda Allison’s Beta Green Tea Cleanser. I found this cleanser in my beauty stash, it’s ridiculous and I’ve been going through it and cleaning it out! I am determined to use everything in my stash before I buy anything else. Someone please remind me of this is I mention buying something on Facebook or Instagram.
Anyway, I plan on doing this every night for the next 30 nights and then report back to you here! Wish me luck!!
Do you use a Clarisonic??

I have one of these, and I LOVE it! I have seen such a change in my skin since I started using it. It is absolutely NOT hype.

I’ve been wanting to try Clarisonic for awhile. It’s nice to see the results are as good as all of the claims I have seen and heard.

My daughter has a Clairsonic and she swears by it. Her skin is always smooth and glowing.

I have being dying for a Mia! Those things look fabulous, but I’m afraid, like you I would only use it a handful of times!! Clarisonic looks fabulous! I can’t wait to see the results.

I actually do use a Clairsonic! Love mine. I want to get one of those pretty blue ones though. Mine is the basic color.

I have not used anything like this before. I think it’s really nice that there’s something like this to help us take better care of our skin.

I tried with them, I really did. I loved it when I first got it, but it died very quickly and the Customer Service was zero to none so I never went back, I now have a brush from a different brand that has held up since literally the day I got it (I replace the heads as directed, but the unit is still running just fine). I do love them as I am an exfoliation junkie and these save me more money in the long haul than buying exfoliation products. And I love that mine has a head for body as well as face and heads for sensitive and acne prone skin as well. Can you please post again about how well this held up for you? I’m curious if I got a lemon or this is product specific as I have read other reviews stating they don’t last long. I actually plan to do the same with some products I have reviewed over the years, a post on which have really held up well over the long haul. And if Clarisonic reads this and wants to reach out to me they are more than welcome to do so as mine was part of a blog campaign and I was super surprised when that there was no follow up support from them.

This looks like such a great way to have a spa day at home. I’m always looking for ways to improve my troubled skin.

I’ve never tried using a Clarisonic. But now that I’ve found out that it gets all the dirt and oil off your face, I have this urge to give it a try.

Looks like it’s a pretty easy way to get a deep down clean..
Mimi Green says
I don’t have one but a lot of my friends do. I think I had sticker shock.
During the summer months I need a more aggressive routine. I didn’t know it was okay to use daily.

I dont have a clarisonic but its similar just cheaper and it works amazing for renewing skin!

My skin is actually horrible right now but I think it is also because of my pregnancy. This sounds very interesting. Might consider this after pregnancy.
