Peach Dump Cake {recipe}

This post contains affiliate links.

I have officially been out of school for a month and it feels so weird! I still can’t get used to having all of this free time and I honestly don’t know what to do with myself most days. I have been looking forward to summer so I can go hang by the pool but it’s been so damn hot lately that I haven’t even been! Crazy, I know!

So instead I have been watching a lot of TV (has anyone else finished Orange is the New Black?? We need to talk!!!!!), deep cleaning my house and making lots of yummy things! One of the yummy things I made recently was a Peach Dump Cake…

peachdumpcake

…topped with Yarnell’s Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream of course!! Yarnell’s is an Arkansas based ice cream brand that is one of my absolute favorites!!

I believe I have mentioned on here before but I am not a baker at all, I leave that up to my sister and step-mom…HA!! Don’t get me wrong, all of my baked stuff tastes really good but it may not look that great and I think in baking looks definitely count! That’s why these super easy, super quick, super not-so-pretty dump cakes are perfect for me.

Dump Cakes literally only require three ingredients and I usually have them in my house so I can just throw it in the oven while I make dinner and BAM! I feel like I made something amazing…and it doesn’t even matter what it looks like because it’s a dump cake!! #WINNING

I made this dump cake with peach pie filling because it’s what I had, plus peaches just scream summer to me, but I have made it with cherry, apple, and blueberry pie filling before and they have all tasted great!

So without further ado, here is my super yummy recipe for Peach Dump Cake!! Enjoy!!!

Have you made a dump cake before??

    Like you peaches scream summer to me too. I just picked up a crate full over the weekend.

    This would be great for me to make with the kids. They aren’t great at presentation either. Lol

    I’m 4 episodes into OITNB. I will continue to binge today.

    I’ve always wondered how hard it would be to make a dump cake. Your recipe looks easy enough that the kids could make it while I supervise. We live in the peach state so I’ll have to try this recipe.
