Treat Yo’self with an Oreo Frappe from McDonald’s

This post contains affiliate links.

I am a brand ambassador for Central Arkansas McDonalds. While I am being compensated for this post all thoughts and opinions are my own.

oreo frappe

It’s no secret that I am a huge fan of McDonald’s frappes. I am usually a Caramel Frappe only kinda girl…the chocolate is a little much in the Mocha Frappe and the frozen chocolate chips from the Chocolate Chip Frappe hurt my teeth. Yes, I am weird and I am fully embracing that. HA!

You have no idea how excited I was when I got word that the Central Arkansas McDonalds were coming out with an Oreo Frappe as one of their summer promotions. I love me some Oreos!!

I decided to treat myself one night after work and stopped by my favorite local McDonalds and got my first one and then hit up Target to do a little retail therapy. There is nothing better after a long day at work than to get something yummy to drink and peruse the sales at Target. It was pure bliss.

Of course I walked out of there with a ton of stuff I didn’t need but that frappe…oh man I am in love. It may just be my new fave.

According to McDonalds website the Oreo Frappe is…

“…a refreshing sweet treat made from mocha, a hint of coffee and Oreo cookie pieces. Blended with ice then hand topped with whipped cream and a few more Oreo cookie pieces for good measure.”

But really it’s just amazing. I love a frappe any time of the year but there is just something about treating myself to this Oreo Frappe during the summer when it’s over 100* outside. It makes the heat just a little more bearable.

I am seriously loving the Oreo Frappe and I really hope you will give it a try!!

Do you love McDonalds Frappes as much as I do??

I haven’t tried them yet, but the Oreo Frappes really do look good! I’m a die hard Vanilla Chai Tea Frappe fan, but I think I can make an exception for Oreo!

I’ve heard of this, but I haven’t tried it. It looks delicious though so I am going to have to give it a shot! I don’t really get drinks at McDonalds, but these might hook me.

I always get this confused, frappe is coffee right? I love Oreos but do not drink coffee. I will wait for a friend to buy it and then scoop up a little of the whipcream off the top, LOL!

I wish McDonald’s here in the Philippines would have that. They’ve been stuck with the same menu for the past 5 or 10 years. I think they need to introduce better stuff like the Oreo Frappe.
