Life Lately

Life lately…life has been a little chaotic lately. I try to be as transparent and honest on this blog as I can be, but sometimes I don’t talk about things that are super personal because I don’t feel comfortable doing so or because I’m protecting my family’s privacy. That being said I would like to ask for prayers and/or good thoughts/vibes for my Dad. He is having a procedure done on Monday and I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!

Back to a little life update…this past weekend was my baby niece’s first birthday!!! My sweet MJ is seriously the sweetest, happiest baby I have ever seen. She hardly ever gets upset, she loves food and stuffed animals, and is all smiles all the time. Love you sweet MJ!!!

School. Ugh. I think I have a bad case of senioritis and I still have a year to go. I just have absolutely no motivation to finish any of my work and there are only a few weeks left in this semester. I need to get over myself and just finish strong.

I have so many posts planned for this blog but I can’t seem to get around to posting them. I think my senioritis is carrying over to blogging. I am also planning a new blog design and have some other fun things in store for my little space here. One day soon…

I had an Invisalign appointment yesterday and my dentist says I am progressing nicely and I got my next three sets of trays. When I finish those I will be halfway done!!! That’s super exciting to me!!

I also went to the chiropractor yesterday and got adjusted again. When I got home I used Deep Blue essential oil and Deep Blue rub on my neck and then I took the most amazing nap of my life. If you are sore in any way from whatever then I highly suggest trying Deep Blue. It’s amazing!!

Work? Well it’s work. Neither bad nor fabulous, not really too busy but not slow by any means. Just work. That’s a good thing though, I like “just work”.

I have been eating out a lot lately. I really need to get back on the cooking dinner and meal planning train. I am just feeling so uninspired in the kitchen lately. I am accepting any and all suggestions for your favorite easy recipes!!

So I guess that’s what I have been up to lately, what about you??

Apart from the school part my life lately is similar to yours. Work is busy but I am ok with that, too many posts to post but not actually finished with the content.

    Prays for your Dad.

I will include your dad in my prayers. I know how it feels to have someone in the family not feeling well.

Speaking of the chiropractor. I need to either exercise more or go to mine. I would rather exercise, but sometimes I get lazy.

Sending your dad lots of good vibes!! I’m no longer in school, but suffer from workitis. :-) Did you purchase Deep Blue at your local retailer? I recently injured my back and sure could use some of that!

I feel like it’s Groundhog Day…every day! I think that happens after you have kids! And to think that BEFORE kids I ‘didn’t have enough time in a day to do everything!’ I WISH now! lol!

I vividly remember the feeling of senioritis. It was no fun at all. Hang in there because it is totally worth it!
