Today I am going to talk about my newest lip product obsession…Revlon’s Colorburst Lip Butter!!
First things first- I don’t wear lipstick on the reg. I tend to stick to lip balms or even just plain ole chapstick. I did a post last fall about how I finally found a red lipstick I love but I don’t wear that everyday, that’s more of a special occasion thing.
I decided that since I am 32 I really need to up my lip game and start wearing lipstick. Actually I saw a pic of myself and my lips looked super washed out and just “dead” and that’s what made me decide to up my lip game. Anyway, it’s past time for some color on these bad boys.
I was at Target the other day and saw these Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters and decided to try them out! They are a mix of a lip balm and a lipstick and I think they are perfect for the transition to full blown lipstick. I don’t like anything heavy on my face, I have only wear Bare Minerals and have for years and the same thing applies to my lips, no heavy stuff!
Sorry to scare you with the no makeup selfie but I was seriously loving my new Lip Butter!! The color I have on in the pic is Sorbet, that was my first color and the one I fell in love with!! I bought Berry Smoothie next and have plans to buy a few more colors!!

I do wear lipstick. I look dead without it. I think the color of my lips have washed away after all these years. :) I was thinking about ordering Marc Jacobs new nudes sheer lip gel, but I may just try this one first and save a few bucks. Looks good on you!
I own one tube of lipstick. I really need to do better about having bare lips. I wear a full face and bare lips… SMH. This is such a vibrant color that I’d like to try. One question though, how do you keep your lips moisturized enough to hold the lipstick?

I love the Revlon lipsticks. Oh darn! If only my makeup kit was near me I could list off all of the labels. You look great. Lipstick, eyelashes, and even some upper eyeliner are musts for me.
I don’t normally wear lipstick but I always wear lip balm. I love the sound of lip butter so I am intrigued..
I don’t really wear lipstick at all because I don’t like how it feels. Now, the lip butter might be something that I can wear!

I know what you mean about lipstick – I never wore it until I was in my late 30’s – but, since then I can’t go out without good lipstick on – You look marvelous and I’ll check out your suggested Revlon!

I actually do not wear lipstick, but I also don’t really wear makeup. I like the MarieNatie stuff because it feels really light.

I do wear lipstick plus lip gloss. No makeup at all for me. I love my MAC red. Love that color you’re wearing.
I am not a regular lipstick wearer either but this lip butter sounds like something I would love. The color you chose looks great on you.

I don’t wear lipstick often, but whenever I do I always often for Revlon. It’s been a favorite brand for years.
Since I work from home I don’t really wear makeup anymore. Unless I am leaving the house. LOL I do have some lipstick. Pretty much all of it is Cover Girl. I do use chapstick frequently so I like the idea of having a balm and lipstick in one.
I’ve seen these in stores but I’ve been wondering how good they actually are. Good to hear it’s a good product. Thanks for sharing!
