Copycat Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeño Dip

This post contains affiliate links.

I think we all know by now that I am pretty obsessed with Mexican food. It’s my go to food when I go out to eat and my favorite snack at home. Chips and salsa anyone? YUM!

Rebekah introduced me to Chuy’s when it opened last year. I blame eyer for my obsession with their Creamy Jalapeño Dip. My work BFF’s and I used to go to Chuy’s every Monday but then one of them had to go off and have a baby a few weeks ago and I have had major withdrawals.

So what’s a girl to do when she hasn’t had her Creamy Jalapeño Dip in a few weeks?? Figure out how to copycat it of course!! I played with this recipe a few times before I got it “almost right”. It’s still not a perfect copy of Chuy’s but it’s pretty damn good. If you like ranch dressing with a little kick then you will love this dip!!!

I was pretending I was at Chuy’s the other night and even made my fave fish tacos too! Of course I had to smother them in Creamy Jalapeño Dip…HA!

I love this recipe not only because it is delicious but because it is super easy to make!! You just throw all of the ingredients in a blender and the BOOM! It’s done. You can’t mess this one up, I promise! Without further ado…here is my recipe!!! Hope you enjoy!!!

Okay, so I’ve never even heard of Chuy’s, but I have had some kind of jalapeno dip and I know that when you mix the right amount of creamy with spicy, it’s perfection!

I could not eat it, I can’t do any thing with heat, but my husband would tear this up.

I love their Boom Boom sauce. If I could eat it 24/7, I would.

This looks so good! I’m going to print the recipe out so my mother can make it for me! I’m no good at cooking, baking, or mixing! Lol.

Mmmm. I used to make this all the time. It always grossed me out while making it, because separately, I’m not a fan of some of the ingredients themselves. But then when it was all done I jumped all over it! Haha! THAT’S how good this stuff is! ;)

I’ve been to Chuy’s in Texas. Love it! I completely understand the obsession. I’m like that with Ted’s here in Oklahoma City. This is a great recipe. I see me making it often and smoothering everything with it. Thanks for sharing this. I’d love for you to share this with us at Let’s Get Real Friday Link Party http://littlefamilyadventure.com/lets-get-real-33/
