Weekend Shenanigans

Happy Monday!!

Did everyone have a fabulous weekend? I sure did!

On Saturday my sorority, Sigma Sigma Sigma, held their first annual Arkansas State Day. Basically all of the collegiate members and alumnae that could come gathered in Little Rock for a day of fun! I got to see sisters that I hadn’t seen in years! It was awesome and if any of you are reading this I really loved seeing you all again!!

We had all sorts of stuff to do that day….laughter  yoga (WTF is that?! I’m still not sure but you laugh a lot and look like a fool.), a t-shirt auction, making cards for kids in foster care, and watching my chapter perform some steps from their Step Show and doing their Stroll among other things!

After State Day a couple of us walked around the River Market downtown and ate dinner at Creegan’s, this amazing Irish Pub!

After dinner, we met up with everyone at an Arkansas Travelers baseball game!! I LOVE baseball!! There’s just something about watching guys in tight pants play baseball…sigh…

We got back home late Saturday night and went straight to bed. I don’t know if we are just old now or had too many beers? I’m sticking with the beer theory.

On Sunday Zayna went home and I ran errands. Not as fun as Saturday but way more productive!!
