Today is a yucky, rainy day here in Arkansas. Yesterday it was a gorgeous 80* outside. I even wore shorts out when I ran my errands. Today it is 50* and sleeting. WTF weather?!? My allergies are now out of control. I can’t breathe out of my nose, my head is pounding, and all I want to do is take a nap. So all you get for a blog post is some Saturday randoms…sorry!!
My sweet Sophie and I are curled up on the couch watching the Razorback game. It’s actually a good game. I’m surprised. We may even win. That would make me feel better for sure!! :)
I finally hung my new curtains up that I got at Lowes last week. They are super cute!!
My living rain is almost complete now! My tv is on a small tv stand that was perfect for my apartment but now I think I want a big entertainment center. I also want a new, bright area rug. I love my giraffe one but its kind of dark and I want bright fun colors. :)
I also got new stuff for my guest bathroom! It’s sort if Moroccan with purples and greens and two different blues. I love it!! I’m working on something for the wall and when I’m done I will post some pics. I have been in my house for over a year but I am just now really decorating it.
I got some new shoes yesterday. I have been obsessed with my Nike Shox that I got last Christmas. So obsessed that they are the only shoes I wear to work and they are getting a little worn out. I keep meaning to get more but I can’t ever find any that feel good on my feet. I have weird feet…anyway. I was out running errands yesterday and decided to stop by the Nike store on a whim. I found the BEST SHOES EVER!! They are Nike Free. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!
They are hot pink and grey and are SUPER LIGHT. If doesn’t even feel like you have shoes on when you wear them!! They also have AMAZING arch support and are wide at the ball of the foot so that my toes have room to spread out. Like I said, LOVE these shoes.
Well this post is getting kind of long and I’m really feeling a nap coming on. Happy Saturday y’all!!!
Have you ever tried using a netti pot for your allergies? I never thought I could pour water into my nose – but I bit the bullet this fall because my allergies were SO bad and it has helped so much! It washes all of the allergens out of your nose so you dont have a reaction to them! It was worth the try for me :) Those shoes are so cute! I need a new pair of gym shoes. I will have to try some of those on! Hope you have a good rest of your weekend!
I cannot stand when the weather changes so much that is what cases sickness & such. I hate it! It was 57 here & I hate it. I want summer back lol!
