I am HOME (and can finally answer the age old question, do cops drive caddies???!!!
I am sooooo glad to be home!!!! My baby love (Sophie) hasn’t let me out of her sight since I stepped foot in the door…LOL!! It’ alike we are literally attached at the hip or something, not that I’m minding that at all!! I’m secretly glad she missed me too!!
We got up early this morning, finished packing the car and got on the road by 7am! We had our traditional Waffle House breakfast before we left the beach and I think we did great on time and only stopped twice for gas, twice to eat, and one additional bathroom break. Not bad for two girls…LOL!
We only had two hang ups…one involved a road block and an hour long detour and the other involved flashing lights, a siren and the question “Do cops drive caddies?”. UGH. I got a speeding ticket going through Mississippi…OOPS! Dang you Mississippi for taking me on a detour with no speed limit signs. And for the record cops in Mississippi do indeed drive unmarked Cadillacs. Damn it.
Other than those two incidences the trip was pretty uneventful and I am sooooo glad to be home!!!!

Me too….if it had happened on the way I probably would have been in a bad mood all week! I am just so glad to be home!
