Today’ post is about everything and nothing. All at the same time. Yeah…
I’m soooo excited that my oldest brother, his wife, and my niece and nephew are coming to visit in July!!!! I’m off the whole week they are here so I actually get to see them this time!!! Last time they were in (summer 2010) I only had one day off and didn’t get to see everyone…boo!
I swear I’m not a lazy person but I hired someone to deep clean my house. I’m a self confessed neat freak but working so much lately has my house looking a little neglected. I just want someone to clean the stuff I don’t have time to…the baseboards, fans, light fixtures…etc.
I also have someone now my yard every other week. I totally don’t feel bad about this because my backyard is huge and on a downward slope so I will GLADLY pay someone $50 to mow, weedeat, edge, and blow my yard.
True Blood starts June 10!!! I’m so excited that I went ahead and got HBO added back to my Dish. Am I the only weirdo that gets HBO for True Blood and turns it off when it’s over? It’s expensive! Ha! I have also heard good things about The Girls and I want to check that out too.
I have been making Green Smoothies for breakfast every morning this week. If you don’t know what it is, it’s basically a fruit smoothie (with whatever fruit you want) with a big ole handful of spinach or kale thrown in. I prefer the spinach myself. They ate really good because you can’t taste the spinach and you still get all your fruit and veggie needs for the day in that I e meal. LOVE!

I have someone clean my apartment from time to time, so I totally think its awesome :) If I had a yard of my own, I would hire someone as well!
Thanks for making me not feel so guilty about having someone to come clean my house! The yard was non-negotiable! I knew as soon as I bought my house someone else was taking care of that! Ha!
