Happy Friday!! I haven’t been this excited for a weekend off in a while. I feel like I have been so ridiculously busy lately and every day I’ve had off work I’ve had something to do and at this point I’m just over it. I know it’s just this time of year but I am so so so thankful to have this weekend to relax and do almost nothing. I say almost because I know I’ll do something, LOL!
Anyway, enough complaining about being busy and lets get to today’s post. It’s Friday and you know what that means…it’s time for the Friday Five!! If read my blog on the reg then you know what that means. If you are new here then you should know that I reserve Fridays for random things, five random things to be exact, hence the name “Friday Five”. So enough talking about it, let’s get to it!
ONE. So I know I just said I wasn’t doing anything this weekend but that was kind of a lie. I’m going to get my hair done this morning and I am super excited about it. You will have to tune in to my Instagram stories to see what I end up doing but for now I can tell you that I’m definitely saying goodbye to my blonde (and greys) for now! It was fun while it lasted and I will probably go back to it next spring/summer! #RIPblondehair
TWO. I am also attending the Miss UCA (University of Central Arkansas) pageant tonight to watch my girl Cameron KILL IT!! I have watched her in the Miss Arkansas pageant the past two years but haven’t seen her in a prelim yet (thanks crazy work schedule) so I am super pumped to go watch her tonight!!
THREE. I posted this pic on my Instagram stories the other night and got sooo many questions about them!! Backstory- the bathroom in my apartment is super tiny and the layout is super weird so I had to figure out a new way to store my skincare because I’m one of those people who if I don’t see it, I don’t use it so I searched for forever until I finally found these stackable storage containers on Amazon and I love them! They are the perfect size for my bathroom counter and I love that they are clear so I can still see everything. The “m design” stickers come off, I just haven’t taken them off yet. HA! I really need to do an apartment tour, I feel like everything is finally coming together and I want to show it off. LOL!!
FOUR. I am going to the gym when I get off work this morning (killing time until I go get my hair done…LOL) and I need a new playlist!! So if you ahve a favorite song you workout drop it in the comments below!!
FIVE. Since I started my Profile diet at the end of August I have really changed my eating habits drastically and I think my taste buds have been affected. That’s not a bad thing because that means I crave the good stuff but the other day I treated myself to one of my favorite seasonal coffees from Starbucks and it was just NASTY. It was overly sweet and tasted like straight chemicals. I was so SAD at first but then I thought about all the money I would save on overpriced coffee and that made me feel better. HA! Protein Shake Coffee for the WIN!! Thanks Profile!

I have so been there with the coffee thing. I used to love PSLs, but this year I tried them and blech-couldn’t stand it at all!
Confession- I haven’t had a PSL in two years. They taste to chemically to me! YUCK!
