Hey hey and happy Friday!! I love Fridays, even when it’s my weekend to work. HA! And since it’s Friday you know the drill…it’s time for the Friday Five!! If you are new around here then you should know that I reserve Fridays for random things, five random things to be exact. Hence the name, Friday Five. So let’s quit talking about it and get to it!!
ONE. I realize that today is September 7th but I created this graphic to share on social media and I wanted to share it here too! So, hello September!
TWO. I have officially been on the Profile by Sanford Program for a week now and I am proud to say that I have lost 9.2 lbs!! I will have a full blog post on it soon but I just wanted to share one of my favorite ways to drink my protein….with coffee!! I mix up my shake like normal with 8oz of water and then make my coffee like normal and use the shake as creamer. I just keep adding it until it’s all gone! The shake itself is pretty sweet so there is no need for sugar or anything, just black coffee and protein shake. I promise to get a full post up soon with exactly what I’ve been doing and more about the plan in general…stay tuned!
THREE. I finally finished the last book in the Crazy Rich Asians series this week and it was so good!! I still haven’t seen the movie but I plan on doing that soon! As for my next book (or books) I have seen a lot of bloggers reading Colleen Hoover books so I checked one out from the library. I am surprised I have never read any of her books before. She has so many and they all sound good!! I love discovering new (to me) authors! Have you read any Colleen Hoover books??
FOUR. I went to a blogger work day yesterday and I am so glad I did! I got so much done blog-wise. Edited a ton of photos, started several new posts and now I just feel refreshed and ready to jump back in it. I feel like every summer I get into a “slump” and just uninspired but now that fall is here (it’s September, don’t judge me) I am feeling super inspired!! I can’t wait to share some of the posts I started with you!!
FIVE. Earlier this week I blogged about what I keep in my gym bag and talked a tiny bit about my new favorite leggings. I have gotten lots of questions about them since that post so here is a better picture of them! They are super comfy and I love the high waist! They really keep you sucked in and don’t roll down or move at all when you workout. They also double as great lounge pants…HA! Plus the color is perfect for fall!
