The holidays are officially here and you know what that means? It’s the also officially the season of STRESS. Am I right? I don’t know about you but between all the holiday shopping, going store to store to fight the crowds to find the perfect present, holiday parties that meaning finding just the right thing to wear, being too tired after work to go to said party and the stress of everyday life in general sometimes the holidays SUCK.
Yes, you read that right, sometimes the holidays just downright suck. And somehow between all that stress we are supposed to find the time to be happy and jolly and spend quality time with our loved ones. Ugh. If you are already feeling the holiday stress I am right there with you!
In order to help avoid some of the holiday stress I am trying to do one nice thing a day for someone I don’t know because helping others makes me feel better and feeling better definitely helps with the whole “overwhelming ball of stress” I feel like for pretty much the whole month of December. So for the entire month of December I am choosing to do one nice thing a day for someone I don’t know.
Now that doesn’t have to be something big each day, it can be something as small as letting someone cut in front of you at Walmart or leaving your change in a vending machine. It could be something fun like making a goodie basket filled with snacks to give to your local police station or having pizza delivered to your local fire station. You could even hide dollar bills in the toy section of a dollar store or stick a gift card to the movies in the windshield of someone’s car.
One of my favorite ways to give back is paying for someone’s order behind me in the drive thru or passing out unopened boxes candy out in the movie theater. You could even do something super easy like letting someone in front of you when traffic is bad or give someone who is lost directions!
You could even go big and make Blessing Bags for the homeless or organize a coat drive at your child’s school. You could also donate canned goods to a local shelter or volunteer your time reading to kids at your local library. You could go visit people you don’t know in a nursing home or volunteer to ring the bell for the Salvation Army outside of Walmart.
There are sooo many ways you could give back during the holiday season and no matter what you do it’s sure to make you feel better. For all the stress, aches and pains that can’t be cured by putting a smile on someone else’s face there is always b+b® OTC meds. Give me some naproxen sodium STAT y’all!
I have been using naproxen sodium since college for all my aches and pains. One of my sorority sisters gave me some for my cramps and I have been using it for every headache, muscle ache, toothache, backache, whatever-ache since. It is truly wonderful stuff and works like a charm for me! However these products should only be used as directed!!!
I recently discovered this new b+b OTC naproxen sodium at my local Walmart and one thing that stood out to me about this product was that it doesn’t have any artificial dyes! It is also gluten free and contains no aspirin or caffeine. It’s packaging is also unique in that it’s child-resistant and has round edges to prevent cuts! Plus it’s designed to give you all day pain relief, one dose can last for up to 12 hours!! Naproxen sodium really is the best OTC pain reliever (in my opinion) out there.
Giving back is an important value for b+b. You buy ONE, they give ONE. For every product purchased, b+b donates a product to a person in need. Through their national partnership with Americares, b+b has donated medicines to a network of over 1,000 free health clinics & rural health centers serving 5 million patients in need.
b+b is a family-owned health & wellness company. By purchasing a b+b product, you are helping those affected by homelessness, extreme poverty & natural disasters. b+b thanks you for your trust as well as your assistance in ushering in a new level of corporate responsibility to those less fortunate.
Also – if you an Ibotta user then check out this offer to earn $1 on b+b Naproxen Sodium All Day Pain Relief!! Not an Ibotta user? Why not? There is literally nothing to lose and everything to gain on products you already buy! Check out the app today!
Have you tried any b+b OTC meds yet?

They thought of everything good when they created the packaging for the B+B OTC Meds! December can be so stressful at times and I love your ideas on giving back to the community, even in small ways. It’s the little things in life . . .

I get a lot of headaches time time of the year, so I will have to check this out. Sometimes Tylenol doesn’t cut it, so I need something that works and works FAST!
Amber Myers says
I will have to try these out! And I always love doing random acts of kindness. I don’t mind paying for the car behind me once in a while either!

Years ago a doctor had my specifically use naproxen for something and it was effective. I really like that container, and that they donate to people in need.
Joanna @ Everyday Made Fresh says
I love the container, makes it easier to toss into your bag! I take this often for cramps and headaches, not this particular brand. However, I’m gonna look for this one, because I really like that they give to those in need.

Sounds like a great product. Will have to look for it next time I’m at the store. Love the packaging!

We do a lot of giving back, and paying it forward in our neighborhood. I think it’s so important, and a great thing to teach your kids. I’ve never heard of this pain reliever, but will be checking them out for my soar ankles.
Jenn @ EngineerMommy says
Those are such easy ways to give back and every little bit helps. I love your suggestions of letting someone in front on line or handing out candy at the theater. I am definitely going to look for these otc meds at the store.

I tend to get more headaches and migraines when I am so stressed out during the holidays. So I totally hear you.. and important to have something like this that can get you through the holidays! How cool that they give back.

What a unique packaging for this stuff! It sure stands out on the shelf – I have never seen something like that! Holidays sure do bring headaches, next time I am in that aisle I will check it out!

Giving back is indeed a great way to feel good and do good as well. But seriously, holidays do sometimes bring out the stress and effective headache medicine is required to be handy.
Jilly Spellman says
I think the packaging of the b+b otc is so cute. I love the idea of giving something once a day. I think sending a pizza to a fire station would be an awesome idea!
Erin says
I could definitely use some of this during the holidays! They are always so stressful (no matter how hard you try for them not to be) and so headaches are inevitable!
Kita Bryant says
Really neat post. Would love to try the stuff.

I remember taking Naproxen Sodium for pain relief after I slipped and sprained my ankle. It was really effective! I should get some tomorrow too. There are days when Ibuprofen does not help at all. Thanks for letting me know about this brand of Naproxen Sodium. Glad that they give back to the people in need too.

I haven’t heard of this product. but as I have grown older and have had more aches and pains, having something to help out with this would be a lifesaver. I will have to check it out.
