This past weekend one of my sorority sisters, Melissa, got married!! She got married in Hot Springs Arkansas at Garvan Woodland Gardens in the Anthony Chapel. I haven’t seen Melissa in a few years and it was soooo good to see her and meet her husband!!!
I don’t know about you but I love weddings! I love dressing up, I love watching the groom’s face when he sees his bride walk down the aisle, I love watching them have their first kiss and then running out of the church. I love wedding receptions and watching them have their first dance and cutting the cake. What can I say, I love everything about weddings!!
Before the wedding I got a blowout at JustBlow (the same place I get my brows tinted and shaped) and got my nails done at Elegant Nails in Little Rock. Like I said, I love dressing up and getting pampered, HA! I also got to wear a new dress (linked below) I recently ordered from Nordstrom. This dress will also be perfect for Easter and a few other events I have coming up! My necklace is a few years old but I linked a similar one and my shoes below too.
Melissa was a truly beautiful bride and I loved getting to catch up with her!
She also had one the prettiest (and yummiest) wedding cakes I have ever seen!!
Since it decided to be 40* that day the reception got moved from outdoors at Garvan Gardens to indoor at The Hills at Belvedere. Fun fact: The Belvedere used to be a really fancy Country Club in Hot Springs and I took swimming lessons there when I was a little girl. HA!
Overall, the wedding was gorgeous and it was sooooo good seeing and catching up with people I haven’t seen in years. Congrats Melissa and Ryan!!!
