Guess what? Even this post is up super late today I am super proud of myself for posting my June Birchbox in the month of June!! YAY!!! #Accomplished
It’s pretty, right? I love the boxes themselves each month, they are always really pretty and have thought of about a million different things to do with them but I usually just wind up giving them to people. I like to put presents in them and wrap them up. Definitely a surprise when it gets opened!!
Anyway, enough with the box and on to the goodies!!
I got a lot of facial stuff this month…a BB Cream, a sunscreen, and a skin serum. And a Laura Gellar product I have been wanting to try AND the new Benefit GIMME BROW. I have been a huge fan of Benefit brow products for a while now and was pumped when I found out this was going to be in my box. I love getting to try things before they launch!!

As much as I love my Birchbox and getting to try awesome products each month I’m afraid my subscription may be coming to an end soon. Birchbox recently changed their points system and I don’t care for the changes. I am also a little overrun with samples right now and so I think a break will be a good thing. I am still getting my July box so definitely look for a review of that box and what I decided to do with all of my accumulated points!!
And now onto my first impression of my Conture System!!
I have been mildly freaking out about the fine lines around my eyes and was super pumped when I was contacted by the Conture people to try this fantastic product!! I had never heard of it before then but have since read a lot about it and have been using it and can’t wait to share a full blog post on it! Until then you get my first impression.
First of all Conture is a Kinetic Skin toning System that utilizes Isometric Compression combined with Low Frequency Vibrations to gently stimulate and tone skin for a more youthful looking appearance. It is supposed to be used daily on your problem areas and the effects are similar to a deep massage.
On first glance I was surprised by how small it was. It’s for use on your entire face and neck but the head is really small so that threw me for a minute. But then after reading the directions (3-5 pulses per area) I saw that it was totally doable for the whole face.
I have used my Conture daily for a few weeks around my eyes and am starting to be able to tell a difference. So there than my surprise at the size of the Conture wand I really like it so far.
Sorry if this “first impression” sounds kind of vague but I don’t want to give away my review whole post! HAHAHA!! But really thug all you should know is that I really like it and can’t wait to use for a little while longer and share the whole review with you!!
I did receive my Conture kit for free but that did not, in any way, influence my opinion of this product.
I adore Birchbox. I have a subscription, and I always get fantastic beauty swag out of it.
I haven’t signed up for Birchbox yet. Thank you for sharing and telling us about the wonderful products you receive each month. I might no longer need much convincing. I think Birchbox would be a great subscription box. I can even share some of the stuff to my mom and daughter!

Those look like awesome products. I used to be a subscription box addict, until I had so many samples. I have heard about the center, too, and I would love to try it, especially after reading this post.

I was thinking of getting my Daughter a Birchbox subscription box for her birthday. They have great products and it is a great gift that gives all year long.
It has been ages since I’ve ordered from Birchbox, but I definitely need to get another subscription going someday soon! I love trying out different beauty products.
I love the design on the Birchbox boxes. I would be reusing those boxes as well. I haven’t tried their subscription services yet but have been wanting to look into them.
Don;t you just love Birchbox! I love when I get mine int he mail! It is really so exciting for all of the new things and also the fact that you get to decide if you love it or leave it! I gain most of my beauty insight here!
Never tried any of these brands before. Definitely want to check out more of benefit’s range – heard all good things about the brand.
