School is DONE, graduation is on Saturday (I’m not going but whatever, I DID IT!!), and it is so close to summer that I can practically taste it!! I don’t know about you but when I think of summer I think of BBQ. There is absolutely nothing better than ending a hot summer day with an ice cold tea and some sweet southern BBQ. When I’m home with my family this happens on the reg, but when I’m doing my own single lady thing this gets tough. I love to grill out as much as the next person but it seems like a lot to do just for me.
Enter into the picture McDonald’s newest Chef Crafted sandwich, the Sweet BBQ Bacon…I tried it the other night and it was out of this world delicious!!
As with all of the Chef Crafted sandwiches you can choose between grilled chicken, breaded chicken, or beef for the protein and I chose grilled chicken for this particular sandwich and I think I made an amazing choice!!
The new Sweet BBQ Bacon sandwich comes with sweet barbecue sauce, Vidalia onions, Applewood smoked bacon, crispy onions., and white cheddar cheese. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and spicy and it’s perfect for summer!

That sounds so good. I should have stopped there today to try it out. I’m trying to stay away from fast food, but sometimes you can’t help it. I must try this next time.

When I think of summer, I think of BBQ too. :) But I haven’t tried the sweet BBQ Bacon Chef Crafted Sandwich at McDonald’s yet. Will try it soon!
Oh my gosh, that burger looks huge! I bed the bacon is so good – my mouth is watering. We don’t do a lot of McDonalds but this might just tempt me to go.

I LOVE this burger! Definitely the best fast food burger of all time! I was bummed when I was in VA and they didn’t even know what I was talking about when I tried to order a bag of them to turn my friends on to it. I haven’t tried the chicken variation but the burger is amazing!
