Bubblegum Infused Vodka

This post contains affiliate links.

Last week I shared with you my recipe for Jolly Rancher Infused Vodka and it was such a hit I decided to go ahead and share my recipe for Bubblegum Infused Vodka! I guess everyone loves a good drink? HA! I know I do…

bubblegum infused vodka

So the recipe is similar except you use bubblegum…duh.

vodkamixers

Again, I used Smirnoff vodka for my recipe and 20 pieces of unwrapped bubblegum. I almost feel silly wringing “unwrapped bubblegum” but I know someone will try it the other way and then I will get hate mail, just being real.

Now, unlike the Jolly Rancher recipe the bubble gum won’t dissolve. As you can see as soon as you pour the vodka in it will turn cloudy. This is all of the sugar on the gum already infusing. Warning- this recipe makes for some super sweet vodka!

bubblegum

Just like with the Jolly Rancher Infused Vodka I put this one in my pantry for a about a week and when I checked on it this is what it looked like…

bubblegum halfway

…about half of the bubblegum had floated to the top of the jar. This is exactly what you want to happen. You know it’s completely done when all of the bubblegum is floating. This took another week to happen.

bubblegum done

Once all of the bubble gum is floating you can scoop it out and then give the jar a good shake and then BOOM! It’s finished!!

bubblegum finished

The bubblegum takes up a lot of room so you won’t wind up with 20oz of bubblegum vodka but that’s ok. You can just make more if you need it!!

I have several recipes I can’t wait to share with you with this Bubblegum Infused Vodka! College Ricci really was a smart girl making all of these vodka infusions…can’t wait to make more!! HA!!

Have you ever made Bubblegum Infused Vodka??

This looks easy enough to make and sounds delicious. I bet it would go great mixed with sprite for a refreshing summer spritzer!

That is cool that it floats to the top of the jar. I don’t drink much, but this would have been fun during my collage years.
