You may recall that my word of the year is focus and one of the things I wasted to focus on was myself. I am no good to anyone or anything else if I don’t take care of myself first, right? Right!

So I was  focusing on just “doing me” when I got an email a few weeks ago from the Cosmetic Surgery Center asking me if I wanted to come in for a complimentary skin consult/procedure and you better bet I said yes! I have been obsessed with skincare for as long as I can remember and I am always looking for new tips and tricks and am always wanting to learn more.

Cosmetic Surgery Center is located in the heart of central Arkansas, in the Westlake Corporate Park, and Dr. Rhys Branman has won the Democrat Gazette’s Best of the Best awards in the “favorite cosmetic surgeon” category five out of the past six years!

Cosmetic Surgery Center is a fully accredited surgical facility as well as a spa. Dr. Branman has over 17 years worth of experience performing thousands of breast augmentations, breast reductions, liposuctions, Brazilian butt lifts, tummy tucks, face lifts, and pretty much anything else you can think of! If you want more info on those types of procedures, then check out the website. I wish I had known about Dr. Branman when I had my breast reduction a few years ago!

While Cosmetic Surgery Center is indeed a fantastic surgery center, it is also home one of the best spas in the city! At my initial consultation I met with Crystal who is a Medical Aesthetician with over 10 years worth of experience in the Little Rock area.

Crystal made me feel right at home as we wound our way through the office and to her tranquil room in the back. We talked about my skin, issues I was having, concerns I had, and her overall assessment. I felt really at ease with her and was super excited when I made my appointment. We decided on a custom facial since I wasn’t having any major issues right now and that way she could just do whatever she wanted to me! HA!

As well as facials, the Cosmetic Surgery Center also offers peels, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, waxing, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and so much more!! You should definitely check them out if you are in the market for a fabulous facial or skin treatment. Tell them I sent you!!

I can’t wait to share my facial experience with you but that will have to wait until another day…

Have you ever had a facial??
If you are in central Arkansas, have you been to the Cosmetic Surgery Center??

I can’t wait to hear about your experience. I have so many problems with my skin that there are days when it hurts to even wear makeup. I really need to find a specialist or perhaps a specialty center that may be able to help; looks like you found one!

I get so nervous about facials as I have such sensitive skin that we haven’t been able to narrow down what it breaks out to. Give me a spa with some massages though and I’m happy!

I love laser hair removal. Tried it twice and it really does work. Wish I had money to maintain it.
