Get #HoliDone with Verizon

Can I just start off by asking the obvious, how in the world is Christmas this week???? Are you ready?? Are all of your decorations up?? Are you finished shopping?? Are you stressing yet??

To answer those questions myself…I think I’m ready, my decorations are all up except my tree (after the tree debacle of 2011 when the tree stayed up until March I haven’t put one up…oops!), I am almost finished shopping, and I am only stressing a tiny bit. How about you???

I have to admit that I am normally a total last minute shopper, but this year I am actually on top of my game and it feels good to be almost done. Last week I actually got all dressed up and headed out to do some shopping…the cute outfit must be documented because that doesn’t happen that much and hello new fur vest!!

I headed over to the Promenade on Chenal, all you local central Arkansas peeps know what I’m talking about, and just walked around. I love that shopping center and it has so many more stores since the last time I was there! Yay!!

One store I checked out was the new Verizon Smart Store. I went in to just look around because hello, new store, and actually found quite a few things for people on my list. Did you know that the Verizon Smart Stores are divided into different zones?

There is a fitness zone that has a ton of different fitness bands including the FitBit Charge HR which also happens to be one of the accessories of the month and is on serious sale. Shopping for a fitness buff in your life? You should check out Verizon! The best part is you don’t have to have any kind of wireless or home service with them to shop, their doors are open to anyone!

There is also a Home Zone that has all sorts of awesome gadgets for your home! There are Nest Cam Security Cameras, smart door locks, smart garage openers, a smart car service called HUM (which I oh so desperately need and will be purchasing once the holidays are over), and so much more!!

There is an Amplify zone that has any kind of speaker you can think of…Bose headphones, Beats headphones, all kinds of Bluetooth speakers, and my personal favorite, the Bose Soundlink Color Bluetooth Speaker. That Bose speaker also happens to be the other accessory of the month and is on serious sale. I grabbed one of those bad boys while I was in store as a treat to myself and have been jamming Christmas music from the Pandora app on my phone all over my house. It is an awesomely powerful little speaker! And did I mention it was on sale? HA! But really, y’all know I love a good sale!!

The fourth zone is the Power Zone. I’m sorry I didn’t get a close-up shot of this zone but it contains any kind of power cord you could think of. It has any color and material wall charger, the Mophie powerstation plus 8X, and the Mophie powerstation (4000mAh). I actually have one of those powerstations and can I just say those things come in handy when you are on the go as much as I am. I mean who has time to plug your phone in to a wall and wait on it? Not me. LOL!

One of the most beautiful parts of the whole store was what I like to call the “Wall of Gorgeous Phone Cases” because I mean really, these cases are just pretty!!! I don’t know about you but I love a pretty phone case. I have quite a few for my phone but am always on the lookout for new ones!

Another feature that I loved about the Verizon Smart Stores is the seating area. Whether you are waiting to talk to an employee or are just tired from walking and shopping you can take a seat, kick back, and charge your phone if you need to. That’s right, Verizon built a seating area with built in chargers in the seats. Genius, right?!?! YES!!

There is also a kids eating area with tablets built in that are in pretty indestructible cases. These Verizon people have thought of everything I tell you!

I am not necessarily in the market for a new phone but I can’t help but browse when I am in a pretty store that carries the latest gadgets and accessories. While in store I checked out the Droid Turbo 2 and the Samsung Galaxy S6. I may be a self-processed Apple girl but I know a few people who would love to see either of these phones under their tree on Christmas morning! I also checkout out Verizon’s newest tablet, the Elipsis 8, while I was in store and kind of fell in love.

There is literally something for everyone on your Christmas list in a Verizon store. Who doesn’t love a one stop shop? I know I do. The less stops I have to make in this crazy holiday traffic the better!!

Another awesome feature I loved about the Verizon Smart Store is the education that goes on there.  Let’s say you buy your 80-year-old Grandma a Droid Turbo 2 because you are the best granddaughter ever and she opens it and is super pumped until she realizes she has no clue how to use her new smartphone. Instead of losing your cool on Christmas Day trying to teach her how to use the dang thing, you can just take Grandma up to a Verizon Smart Store and let her sit through a class that will teach her anything she wants to know about her new phone. The amazing employees at Verizon teach classes everyday on both Android and Apple products. They really did think of everything because at Verizon #BetterMatters

My suggestion to you if you still have any shopping left for this year is to head on down to your local Verizon store. Who knows what you may find for yourself or a loved one? I’m sure the amazing employees at Verizon can help you find something amazing…after all #BetterMatters at Verizon.
