Hallelujah it’s finally Friday!! Can I get an amen?? I am taking a break from my Road Trip Recap today and just posting about some random stuff. I figured you could use a break from all the pics and I know I could use a break from editing all of them…HA!
ONE. I successfully finished my first week of school. It’s weird getting back into that frame of mind but I am totally rocking it. And by rocking it I mean I only missed one class due to crazy people who can’t drive/sitting at a standstill on the interstate for two hours. Yeah…Arkansas people can’t drive. Myself included.
TWO. I made Taco Soup in my crockpot this week and while it wasn’t horrible it wan’t the same as being cooked on a stove. I am trying to use my crockpot more on class days so I don’t have to spend so much time cooking when I get home. If you have any amazing crockpot recipes please send them my way!!
THREE. My sweet Sophie girl got a haircut at new place this week and I think she looks adorable!! If you are in central Arkansas I would highly recommend Groomer, Inc. Very professional, and she smelled like an angel when she was done.
FOUR. I know I just got back from vacation but I am already planning my next one!! I am planning one in early January (more of a girls getaway weekend) and one for next June to Chicago!! I am soooo excited!! I have never been to Chicago before!!
FIVE. Have you tried Starbucks new-ish Mango Black Tea? It’s amazing and really refreshing when it’s 1000* outside and you have sweat in places you didn’t know could have sweat. Go get you some!!
What are your weekend plans??
Sounds like you had a great week. The Taco soup sounds delicious. Sophie is super cute!

The taco soup looks amazing, great ingredients and easy… I have never made this. Think I am going to have to give it a go. The pup is adorable and the Starbucks of course makes everything great! LOL

I love crockpot recipes and oven roasted ones. They help me do a lot of things instead of just being the kitchen and cooking
