Blogging is expensive. I’m not just talking about the technical side of blogging. That can be expensive too…domain names, hosting fees, photo editing software, DSLR camera, etc…but that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about getting ready for blogging events.
I love blogging events!! I love going new places, meeting new people, trying new things, and then later sharing my experience with you! When I go to events I want to look my best and so I always go get my nails done, my eyebrows done, I get a blowout, and maybe a new outfit. All that stuff adds up quick!!
Before Rebekah and I attended Cajun’s Christmas Camp we went to Studio 2121 in Little Rock for blowouts. It was my first time to go to the salon and I loved it. It is super cute and they carry and use Oribe products which smell heavenly. Tom Ford developed the scent for them if that tells you anything. YUM!!
Thank you Studio 2121 for making us look our bloggy best….see what I did there? HA!
For those who ask, I got my necklace as a daily deal on Jane.com and my cardigan is from Mason’s Jar. It’s a super cute boutique in central Arkansas and they carry a large selection of supra cute plus size apparel!! I am new to blogging and have already seen the expenses adding up. I love blogging and someday hope to make some income from it just to counter the costs, but for now i’ll just suck it up because the expense is worth it :)

You looked super cute on Saturday. My hubby asked if I needed a new outfit and I said no. I should have taken him up on his offer. I was in such a rush I forget to put on jewelry, I didn’t even have my wedding rings on. I’m looking forward to attending more blogging events.
I always buy new clothes before a conference – it just feels fun to be fresh and dolled up with new stuff. It adds excitement to the whole event
