Last Sunday my home state of Arkansas was hit with the some of the biggest tornadoes of 2014.
So far 14 people have died, strong winds wrenched houses off their foundations, and flipped cars on top of the rubble in the small town of Vilonia in Faulkner County.
A tornado hit the east side of Mayflower, Arkansas, on Sunday evening, killing at least one person, tearing up trees and bringing down power lines, making it difficult for the emergency services to find stricken areas in the dark, officials said.
So today I ask you to pray for my state. Pray for Arkansas. Pray for the people who have lost everything. Pray for the people who lost their lives.
This was so close to where I live and that could have been me.
The pictures and videos of this storm are horrific. These people need help. Please pray for them?
