5 Minute Salsa

I promised you this recipe last week in my Chicken Enchilada Bake post and here it is!! Literally the quickest and yummiest salsa I have ever made!

This is a super quick salsa you can put together anytime and you should probably know that it makes a TON. So you better like it if you are going to make it…LOL!

Personally I like my salsas pureed. I don’t like big chunks of veggies in mine at all. I’m not a big raw tomato fan at all but I love things with tomatoes in them…does that make sense at all?? HA!

During the summer I like to make my salsa with fresh ingredients but when they aren’t readily available then this is my new go-to. A girl I work with made it one day and I fell in love. And I was surprised when she told me what she made it from. Are you curious yet?? Good! Here you go…

5 Minute Salsa
The easiest salsa you will ever make.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 2 cans peeled whole tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt

  • 2 cans rotel
  • 2 cans peeled whole tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender (or food processor) and blend until it's the consistency you want.
  2. Enjoy!

    That’s so me! If I have tomatoes in anything… they must be cooked, unseen or smothered in something.

    I love using fresh tomatoes in salsa…and a dash of cilantro! This looks yummy!
