Wicked

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram then you already know what I did last week. And in case you don’t already know…I saw Wicked!!!! I saw it for the first time when it came to Little Rock 3 years ago and it definitely didn’t disappoint the second time around. If you haven’t seen it then I highly suggest you do! It is an amazing show and really tells a lot about The Wizard of Oz too!

One thing I love about going to see shows is getting dressed up! I wore this super cute dress from eShakti that I purchased this past summer. I actually got it to wear to a baby shower that I co-hosted but it didn’t come in in time. Boo. So instead I wore it to Wicked!

Here is a link to the dress. I don’t think it comes in red anymore but it comes in some other super cute colors!! I love eShakti!! I wore my leopard ballet flats with the dress because I knew that we would have to park pretty far away and I know that I would have complained the whole time about my feet hurting so…..yeah. Flats it was.

My friend Elizabeth went with me. We have seen several shows together. I love that I have someone to go to shows with! We are going to see Beauty and the Beast next!!

When we got to the theater it was all lit up with green lights!!! Even the fountain out front had green water!!! How fun!!! It was night time so I couldn’t get a pic of the water…sorry!!! However, I did get a pic of the theater all lit up!!!

This was after we found our seats right before the show began!!

We sat in the Mezzanine section which was fine by me! I got tickets as soon as the box office opened and the only floor seats left were all the way on the left side and in the very last row. Ummmm…no. So instead we got center Mezzanine tickets which were perfect!!

Overall I LOVED Wicked and will totally go watch it again if I get the opportunity!!!
