Yesterday something super exciting happened…
The ROYAL BABY was BORN!!!! How exciting is that?!?! I remember the morning the news of the engagement broke and staying up (I worked night shift at the time) to watch the interviews, watching the Royal Wedding from beginning to end, and now “being there” for the birth of the Royal Baby!! I feel like I am living in history!!
I remember my Mom talking about staying up all night to watch Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s wedding and seeing her copy of People from when William was born and I think it is amazing that I am getting to watch it all unfold now. How freaking cool is that?!
I love the all of the traditions like the Royal Crier…
And placing the baby’s announcement on the easel at Buckingham Palace.
I can’t wait to hear the baby’s name and watch the new little family leave the hospital. I LOVE that they broke tradition and that William was there for the birth and am proud that they spent four hours alone with the baby before they announce him to the world. Good for them.

I am soooo excited!!!! If I lived in England I would totally have been on elf the weirdos camped outside the hospital to see the baby when he left…LOL!!!

I love Kate and William. They actually seem really normal, and I also love that they broke tradition and he was there for the birth. Looking forward to watching the new royal grow up just like we grew up with William and Harry. :)
