5 for Five

This post contains affiliate links.

Good morning lovlies!! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!! I had to work so that was no bueno but I’m off today!!! WOOHOO!! Today I am back with on of my FAVORITE linkups with two very fabulous ladies, Jenn of Party of One and Jessica of Fantastically Average, for….5 for Five!

Last week was resolutions so I am starting fresh this week with new goals. Here it goes…

1. Work out at least two times this week. One of my resolutions was to work out regularly so now is the time to start. Wish me luck.

2. Drink as much H2O as possible. I have actually been pretty good about this lately but I just need to set this goal as a reminder!

3. Finish the two wreaths I am working on this week.

4. Bring my lunch to work every day I work this week. I have been really bad about eating in the cafeteria every day I work and I need to get better about packing my own lunch. This will also help me to watch what I eat (and spend) and help with my clean eating resolution.

5. Make out a blog schedule. Sometimes I feel so unorganized when I blog. I think if I start writing things down in my sweet Erin Condren planner I will feel more organized!!

Happy Monday!!!!

I bring my lunch every day – simply to save money. But, I’ve realized over time that it has also helped me watch what I eat. :)

I have an iPad mini – I use the heck out of the calendar on that thing to plan my blog posts!

I bring my lunch to work almost every day..that does not mean I eat it lol I also like the idea of a blog schedule. I find it helps with topics..I need to write it down before I forget it!

I never use to be a big water drinker until recently, and now I am a water addict!! Once you start drinking a lot of water, you will be thirsty all the time. Get a good water bottle and have a goal to drink a certain amount. My goals are drink one bottle in the morning, one for lunch, one in the afternoon and one for dinner. I try to slow my water consumption in the evening so I’m not up all night going to the bathroom. Sorry for the rambling, just realized I kept talking about water. :) You can check my blog at bettertogetherandforever.blogspot.com ~Jessica

Good luck on your goals! I’m totally in the same boat about lunch, except I go grab some fast food (mostly chic fil a because I’m an addict lol), but I’m trying to do better as well! :)

If I actually worked in the hospital, I know lunch would be a huge struggle for me! I’m so glad that I have to actually go there and find someone to go with, which isn’t always so easy, so I don’t do it very often. If you carry a water bottle with you, I bet that will help. I keep a tumbler at my desk and it always reminds me to keep drinking water!

I agree with the comment above that once you start to drink water regularly, it’s going to be all that you’ll want to drink! I only have a pop every now and then now. I don’t count tea. ;) It definitely helps to get something that you can carry around all day. I have a Camelbak.

And good luck with the working out! Starting is always the hardest.
