Grown Up Stuff

Let’s talk about grown up stuff. I have officially been in my house for over a year now. I’m proud that the only big item I have purchased so far has been my dining room table, and I bought that right after I moved in so that doesn’t even count right? Ha!

I have been wanting a new coffee table/end table set for a while now. I have been using my stepmom’s grandparent’s set. They are beautiful tables but not quite what I wanted. They fit in at my apartment but my current living room is so dang BIG that they look super tiny!!

One of my favorite furniture stores was having a half off sale around the 4th of July so of course I had to go check it out! Everything was on sale as promised and I wanted to redo my whole house!! HA!! But I got focused and…

I got a new coffee table and end tables!!! I’m sooooo excited!!!! My house is getting to be very grown up looking now. I have big plans for new curtains and lamps and maybe even a rug. It’s kind of a dark room and I want to lighten it up! So bright accessories it is!! Woohoo!!
