Instead of doing resolutions this year I have decided to break it down and do monthly goals. This way I won’t beat myself up if I break a resolution early and it gives me different things to focus on each month. So here we go…my February goals!!!
This month, my birthday month, I have decided to try to be a nicer person at work. I am generally a nice person, very friendly in fact but at work I always find myself being snappy with my co-workers or just having a very quick temper. I’m not sure why but I do. And I always feel reeeeally bad about it afterward. So this month I want to work on my attitude at work.
I also want to get healthier. I want to start eating more vegetables and less junk food. I want to work out more and get stronger! I have been working with a personal trainer and he has me doing lots of planks which has led to some rug burns on my elbows. Attractive right? Ha! I feel like a 5 year old with all of the bandaids on my elbows…LOL! No pain no gain!!
On that note I’m signing off for the night. I only have 2 goals this month and that’s not a lot but let’s be real here….Rome wasn’t built in a day.
