DVR Fail

I love this time of year. It’s almost spring (or if you live in the south it probably already feels like spring), its almost my birthday, and all of my shows are back on for a new season!! Sad, I know, that new shows are considered an exciting event in your life. I think that’s called growing up??

All of my old faves are back including a couple new shows. So far I’m LOVING Smash after just one episode. I love the big city vibe of it. I have been to NYC a couple times and absolutely love it! I wish I had the guts to pack up and just move there!

I also wanted to watch The River. It looks scary and if you know me you know I love a good scary movie! However this is where the title of this post, DVR Fail, comes in. Boo. I had my DVR all set to record and apparently it decided to update itself during all of my Tuesday night shows. So no Glee, Switched at Birth, Jane by Design, Teen Mom 2, and no 2 hour premier episode of The River!!! Grrrr…..

So this weekend is my birthday and I don’t have any big plans yet. I’m turning 29 tho so I don’t think that warrants anything too big. I have to work Friday so after work I’m meeting my friends for dinner and then we are going to see The Vow!!!! I am obsessed with Channing Tatum so I am sooooo excited this is coming out during my birthday weekend!!!!!

I am also going to see my grandparents this weekend. They need some Sophie time and I haven’t seen them in a while.

Guess I better get back to work…lol! I’m only here for a couple hours then I’m headed to the gym with my friend Melissa! Arms and Abs today! Woohoo!
