It’s officially fall at my house!! I said it was before but now it looks and feels like it! It has consistently been in the 30’s or 40’s in the mornings here…cold enough so that Sophie doesn’t play around outside in the morning. She does her business and is inside quick! Ha! The trees outside are changing colors and they are beautiful!!
Halloween day I stayed in my pj’s and watched Halloween movies while I made my fall wreath for my door. Couldn’t leave that orange wreath up through Thanksgiving! I have also been on a cupcake baking kick. Don’t ask why but I just now found that icing in the squirt can so now my cupcakes taste good and look cute too! Love it!
I’m kind of sad that Halloween has come and gone. I love it and I usually have to work but I was off this year. I even got a couple trick-or-treaters! I loved that (good thing I thought to buy candy that morning!). I wasn’t expecting too many because my street is new and at the end of my subdivision and looks like a construction zone but I had a couple car loads!
I’m super excited for Thanksgiving. I don’t even do much. Just go to my grandparents and some family come over. I love it though. I especially love Black Friday! Who doesn’t??!! I don’t love the lines or waiting out in the cold for hours but I do love the great deals! I may get a tv this year. I need one for my bedroom. I had one but it was the 19″ tv/vcr combo that I bought in high school that somehow survived through college and lasted through all of my moves after! When I bought my house I wound up donating it to Goodwill.
Well….guess I better get back to work. Happy Fall Ya’ll!

Just found your blog via SUYL.. I’m so jealous your leaves are already turning there! That’s one of my favorite parts about fall and it hasn’t quite reached us yet. That wreath is adorable!
