Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
shredded or chopped
2
bell peppers
chopped
2
onions
chopped
1
cup
mushrooms
chopped

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan and chop up all of your ingredients.
Add sweet potato, bell pepper, and onion the hot pan and sauté until onions are almost clear.
Add mushrooms and sauté until soft.
When all veggies are sautéed to your liking, you are done!!
