Spicy Ranch Chicken and Rice

boneless skinless chicken breasts

fat free italian dressing

bell pepper
chopped

onion
chopped

mushrooms
chopped

cups
brown rice

Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch

tsp
cajun seasoning
Instructions
Marinate chicken in fat free italian dressing, grill chicken, set aside.
Chop bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and sauté. Set aside.
Cook brown rice according to package and set aside.
Assemble dish. Brown rice on bottom, then grilled chicken, and then veggies. Mix well and then sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
Top with Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch and eat!
