Uncle Bens Brown Rice and Quinoa with Garlic

green peas
steamed

fat free italian dressing
Instructions
Grill chicken, chop, and set aside.
Make rice according to directions on bag.
Steam green peas in bag.
Mix all ingredients, top with fat free italian dressing
