Chicken Parmesan Soup
  1. Cook chicken strips (I got parmesan and herb crusted chicken strips) in microwave, cut into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a large pot sauté onions under soft.
  3. Add garlic to pot and cook for a minute.
  4. Stir tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning into pot and mix well.
  5. Add chicken broth and mini penne pasta (or whatever pasta you want) to pot and bring to a boil.
  6. When the pot starts boiling bring it to a simmer and simmer for 8 minutes.
  7. Add chicken and both cheeses to pot and stir in well.
  8. Enjoy!
